The Controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), the Polish Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, and other applicable legal regulations. What data we process

Users’ personal data is processed on servers ensuring its security. We exercise particular care to ensure that data is processed in accordance with the purpose and scope of the use of our services available through the Website, including its subpages, applications and other functionalities made available by the Controller, in order to make the use of the Website as safe and convenient as possible for Users.
The Website uses Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag (Conversion Tracking) services, which collect anonymous information through cookies regarding the pages of the Website visited by individual Users.
The websites of the Controller’s partners, links to which are posted on the Website, are subject to their own privacy policies, including with regard to the use of cookies.
Providing data is voluntary; however, failure to provide it may make it impossible to use the Controller’s offer.
Data will be processed for purposes related to the use of services available through the Website.

The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office – if they consider that the processing of their personal data violates personal data protection regulations.

Personal data retention period:

  • a. Cookies: for 30 days from the moment the User grants consent;
  • b. Analytical data: in the event of consent, until its withdrawal, restriction, or other actions limiting that consent;
  • c. Other data: where necessary for the performance of a contract, for the duration of its performance and until the expiry of limitation periods for claims arising from that contract.

Users’ personal data may be disclosed to the following entities:

  • a. Employees and associates of the Controller authorised to process personal data;
  • b. Partners of the Controller and public authorities to whom data will be transferred due to ongoing proceedings and on the basis of applicable legal provisions.

What rights do Users have

The User has the right to:

  • Request a copy of their personal data or access to it at the registered office of WPT S.A. (Article 15 GDPR);
  • Request the rectification of personal data (Article 16 GDPR);
  • Request the deletion of their personal data (Article 17 GDPR), the so-called „right to be forgotten”;
  • Request the restriction of the processing of their personal data (Article 18 GDPR);
  • Request the transfer of their personal data in a commonly used format to another data controller indicated by them (Article 20 GDPR);
  • Object to the processing of personal data (Article 21 GDPR);
  • Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data if processing is based on previously granted consent (Article 7(3) GDPR).

In addition to the rights referred to in point 14, the User has the right at any time to withdraw consent for the processing of data provided by them. Upon receiving information about the withdrawal of consent, the Controller shall immediately take steps to delete the stored data.

Profiling and targeting, and cookie policy

Website traffic data is used for profiling and targeting advertisements on external services – Facebook, Google and Instagram. These activities are based on general criteria that do not allow the identification of an individual user.

Cookies:

  • The Website automatically collects data through cookies;
  • Cookies should be understood as IT data, in particular text files, stored on Users’ end devices and intended for the use of websites;
